DD (10) cooked very nice BBQ ribs for tea tonite - but only on her second attempt

First time round she used gravy browning instead of soy sauce

She was very proud of herself

recipe? sounds nice. Well done.

2 racks of ribs
6oz brown sugar
4 tablespoons of soy sauce (not gravy browning)
1 heaped teaspoon of grainy mustard (I'd have more but DH is a wuss)

The longer the marinade the tastier the ribs - but we had to wash off the first lot & start again
