What dish can i make using Mango Chutney?

What a strange question? You can add mango chutney to the sauce of any curry or you can make a kind of creamy sauce for chicken with it .

chicken and rice? Marinade chicken in chutney, bake in oven with a little stock/water, some veggies if you have it (covered in foil)

Make a nice rice dish to go with it.
Potato salad with mango chutney is nice - mix little yoghurt, mayo and chutney together.

mango chutney is nice as a change from pickle in a cheese and pickle sandwich

Something I have done recently is marinade pork chops with mango chutney, I was desperate and bored! Well it turned out really nice and DH has asked for it again and again.

I mixed it with a bit of runny honey, salt and pepper, spread it on all sides and try to pack them tightly into a dish so that there isn't much if any gap around the edge and bake in the oven till done.

Good with either rice or potato dishes and some nice steamed veg.

Mix some mango chutney with mayonnaise. Squeeze some lemon juice and add some worcester sauce, mix all together and spread over some chicken breasts (or thighs)

Cover with foil and bake in oven until cooked. You might have to take the cover off for the last 10mins or so.

I serve it with rice

I serve a dollop on the side when we have curry but we do make a spicy lamb casserole with it

Proper coronation chicken is made with mango chutney and is flipping delicious. Nothing like that so called coronation chicken filling you get in sandwich bars. here

Also there is a South African dish called Bobotie which can use mango chutney. here It's very nice although sounds odd.
