can you roast asparagus?

yes it is. but easy to overcook. have also griddled it in one of those ridgey pans. nice with salt/butter/parmesan bits

it is the most delicious way to eat them. With some salt and a squeeze of lemon. Or some parma ham. Yum

yummy dipped in melted butter, rolled in freshly grated Parmesan, then wrapped in Parma ham, drizzled with butter and squeeze of lemon and bung in oven for 7 minutes.
