Need a recipe to use up egg yolks...

Ok, spent the weekend making hundreds of things with egg whites can anyone suggest recipes to use up the yolks? Starters, main courses and desserts all welcome

Had forgotten about mousse - excellent idea. But lemon curd [drool] - it's the winner.
