quiche recipes please

hi does anyone have any simple quiche recipes with not to many ingriedients,

Smoked salmon quiche: Into a part-baked pastry case put 1 packet (175g) smoked-salmon trimming. Whisk together 1/3 pint cream, 3 eggs, salt, pepper, then pour over salmon, bake 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until all puffy and set.

Cheese and Leek quiche -- wash and chop 3 leeks into 2cm slices. Melt large knob of butter in saucepan, add leeks and cook VV gently for 5 mins, stirring regularly to stop them catching. Place in bottom of pastry case. Add large handful of grated cheddar. Agg egg/cream mixture as above, cook as above.
