a replacement for Soy Sauce needed please? Any ideas please?

I am doing some meal suggestions for my nutrition case study for college.
Some of the dishes that I would like to include because they fulfil most of the needs for this particular client have soy sauce in them. There is a reduced salt soy sauce but that is still 10.8g per 100g.

Please can anyone think of an alternative?

TIA

Miso? It's fermented soybeans and still quite salty, but very strong so you may get away with it?

Tamari or shoyu sauce are very similar. I get mine from a health food store but big supermarkets stock it as well. Not sure of salt content tho,

Liquid Aminos, described as a healthy alternative to soya sauce, is made from soy protein and contains 16 esential amino acids! I think you could buy it in most health food shops.

But how much salt is there in less than a teaspoon? You aren't going to be using 100g of soy sauce are you?

no Vivace but when comparing products I need to look at the same values and most show their content level per 100g or 100 ml.

Thanks for the other alternatives - I'm checking them out now.
