At what age is it ok for dc to eat runny yolks and sort cheese?

it would not occur to me not to give children this age every food i buy, to be honest

I'ld say 12 months for the eggs, 6 months for bog standard philadelphia/roule, err on side of caution 12 months for brie etc. .
