what can i do with swiss chard?

keep getting loads of the stuff in my veg box and am not sure what to do with it. Any ideas?

Wilt it, mix with ricotta cheese and roast tomatoes then mix t in with pasta. Great! Or eat it as it is I do (but then I have strange tastes)

Or use it in a rissotto. If it gets warm again the leaves work well as fans

brilliant in a tart, used a lot in Spain and Latin America, usually with cheese, egg, pine nuts

Cut off the leaves from the stalk, cut into large chunks, parboil (stalk for longer than leaves) and then bake in a little bit of milk/cream, topped with parmesan, salt and pepper. A great veg side dish.

Also good parboiled, then fried with some bacon bits and garlic with lots of olive oil.
