yes but may take longer to cook than red lentils

tassisssss · 16/05/2008 13:56

that'll be find. they take longer than red ones to go soft but an hour and a half should be plenty long enough.

Lentils don't need to be boiled as vigourously as they don'thave the same toxins as uncooked beans. Hour and a half will be plenty to cook them through.
