Need a quick answer...how long do I cook these defrosted kievs?

Frozen Kievs arrive yesterday.

DP puts them in fridge assuming they are fresh

Instrucctions say

Keep frozen

For best results always cook from frozen (35min @200C)

There are bo instructions for cooking them once deforsted....suggestions please.

25min at 180C?

Sounds about right to me, say 20-25 mins.

An hour at a hotter temp????

Surely I need shorter and poss cooler?

Are you trying to ruin my tea???
