ok, a hot chocolate sauce recipe please !

have asked about Mars bar sauce, but can anyone give me a nice hot fudgy and lovely sauce recipe - or a caramelly one,pretty please

50g unsalted butter
50g soft brown sugar
25g cocoa powder
3 tablespoons milk

put all in a saucepan and put on a low hat, stir all the time until butter melts and sauce thickens, swap to a whisk if the sauce looks in any way lumpy or bitty. simmer gently for just a minute and then take off the hob.

can you melt nutella ?

Golden syrup, butter & cocoa powder works every time for me. Just add a splash of milk if you want it to make it runnier. (And I, of all people, should know )
