Apologies if this has been done before, but all 4 of my kids are on the lean side, as are dh and myself, so not really that surprising. however I've been noticing recently that dd and ds2 are looking really skinny and drawn. Apart from stuffing them with lots of puds, how can I get them to put on a bit of weight? Dd in particular eats really well from all the food groups, (other mothers are amazed at what she packs away when on playdates) and I'm not afraid of giving them lots of sausages, cheese, cream, butter etc., but nothing seems to make any difference.
Can anyone give me any advice?
BTW dd is 6, and ds2 is 9.
