endemame beans? where do I get them?

You can get fresh ones in their pods at Chinese/Asian grocery stores
or you can buy podded and frozen, as Soya Beans, from Birds Eye
The fresh in pod ones can be steamed.
The frozen one just need steaming/boiling for a few minutes

I steam the fresh ones - Edamame - and add sea salt as they do in Japan. Bird's Eye one's work out alot cheaper, but aren't as much fun to eat! V v good for you too..YUM
