New Potatoes

I have loads of cooked new potatoes left over from a bbq yesterday

What would you do with them? I need some inspiration please! Thanks all.

sliced and fried,

or i put them on top of bolognaise, cheese on top and in the oven, yummy

Slice and stick in a frittata - lovely!

bash them with a rolling pin, not to smithereens but so their still whole but bashed IYSWIM. Salt , pepper, fry light all over (the spray oil) or if not coat in Olive/Veg oil, Oven

chop up ad fry an onion in a little oil, with a bit of sugar to carmalize and a bit of balsamic vinegar if you have it.
cut the new potatoes in a half and put in a large mixing bowl, add the onion, and mix with grated cheese, creame fraiche place in an oven proof dish top with a bit moe cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is browned and the potato is warmed through... yum!
