I'm making chilli with 750g of mince - usially buy the colmans type chilli mix... forgot this week

I have mild chilli powder and also chopped chilli and tomato puree - how much of which one?

Like it medium... not too hot but a bit of flavour

TIA

I'd do 2 tsp of chilli powder and a choped chilli without the seeds. Try it with one tsp to begin with then add more if not warm enough

you will also need cumin if you are not using chilli powder. Do you have any?

SlightlyMadSweet · 11/05/2008 08:04

duh...ignore me - you have chilli powder

add a bit then give it 30mins of cooking then add more if you think it needs it.
