Easy ideas for a sauce to go with salmon?

I have got some salmon in the freezer that I am going to do with vegetables tonight, but have never made a sauce to go with it. Does anyne have any easy ideas? Preferably with stuff I am likely to have already in fridge/cupboard?

Salmon can be a bit weird with a thick sauce, as it's so kind of fatty anyway.

Instead I cook it in a foil parcel with white wine, olive oil, lemon juice and dill. Or roast the pieces of salmon in an oven tray, with a mixture of olive oil, a splash of balsamic vinegar, and teaspoon each of honey and mustard smeared on top - that's lovely.

And with toasted pine nuts and a tub of cream cheese warmed through in the pan. Mmmm. Honestly.
