ok, what do i do with salmon??

i don't really like fish but we need to start eating it (other than tuna from a can) so i bought 2 small salmon fillets. What do i di now?! There are cooking instructions on the back and a friend suggested iput a dollop of mayonaisse(sp?) with chopped basil in it on the plate. What do i have it with?

Smear mango chutney on, then lay bacon or pancetta on top (don't wrap it round, just lay it over) then bake in oven for 20 minutes.

I promise its delicious even if it does seem a bit weird at first glance!

we do ours in sweet chilli sauce - put in pan - grill one side - smear sauce on other side, turn and finish cooking.

Serve on bed of rice/couscous with veges - ofen do diced bell peppers, corn, peas - mixed in wth rice.
