Ohhhh. my speciality but only because it's sooooo easy.

Ingredients-
2 eggs

6-7oz of milk

5-6oz of water

plain flour.

Pepper.

Oil for baking dish.

Mix egg, milk and water together then add flour spoon full my spoonful until you get the right consistency.(I make it bit thicker than single cream)

Add pepper to taste.

Grill sausages lightly.

Make sure the oil is very hot in dish and then pace sausages in. They sizzle when I put them in the oil here so it is very hot.

Pour yorkshire pud mix over sausages.

Cook for 30-40 mins, 180-200 degree.

One other thing I do is once the Yorkshire mix is poured on sausages I move them away from the edges of the dish so that they don't touch the sides.

Mine always rise.

Yummmmmm, shame I'm dieting....
