chinese fried rice recipes ?

hi has anyone got any recipes for egg fried rice or chicken fried rice ?
really have got craving for it at moment but want to be able to cook it myself rather than going to takeaway all time.

Cook some rice, and cool it under the cold tap.

scramble up an egg in a cup

get a pan nice and hot with a drop of oil

Dump it all in together and keep stirring until it's cooked.

Add soy sauce and eat!

Finely chop some onion.

Heat up some oil in a wok/frying pan and oook onion till soft and tinged brown round the edges.

Add rice (cooked but cold) and some peas (cooked rather than frozen) and stir it all round together till coated in oil and hot.

Make a well in the middle of the rice/onion/pease and pour in a beaten egg. Leave it for a few seconds till it sets a bit and then stir everything together.

Add a splash of soy sauce, stir again and serve.

If you want to make chicken fried rice, add this at the same time as you add the peas. (It should be cooked chicken. If you want to do it raw, add it to the onions at the beginning and don't add the rice till the chicken is cooked through properly)
