As part of a day-long celebration have offered to do brunch....
Won't be making it at my house, and isn't for ages yet, but thought I'd just get some ideas.
Was thinking:
Bucks fizz, natch
Kedgeree and/or scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
Mini bacon sandwiches
Fruit salad
Muffins/croissants/pain au chocolat etc
Any other ideas? Has to be quick & easy, as we won't have long before heading off for day out.
