I had planned on making homemade pizza today with dc. I've just checked my recipe book & it says 3 cups of olive oil, surely that can't be right. Does anyone have a tried & test recipe they could share...please!

Thanks for that, i googled it and found a recipe that said 2 tbs olive oil. Your recipe says 2 tablespoons of sugar, sounds like a lot...is it correct?

Mine is:
1/2 teaspoon dried yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon sugar
11 oz flour (don't know grams conversion - sorry)
200 ml water
dollop of olive oil ( a tablespoon?).

Makes 1 largish pizza - I usually double quantities.
