what can I make with condensed milk?

I asked dh to buy "carnation lite" evaporated milk, and he came back with carnation lite condensed milk and I didn't realise until I had opened it. It is sickly sweet, and I can't think what to do with it, but hate to throw food away.

coconut ice

I made that recipe which was in the Guardian family bit a few weeks ago that lovecat mentioned. It was very easy and tasted fab.

Bounty bars

Mix with enough dessicated coconut until it's a thickish consistancy.

Line a baking tray with foil. Melt a big bar of chocolate and spread half of it on the foil. Allow to cool, (but not set). Spread coconut mixture on top, then top with remaining chocolate. Allow to set, then cut into squares. Yummy!

(apologies for very vague quantities, but it can be done).

ps obviously remove foil before consumption!
