What can I use to stuff it with? Ta

I only ever put wedges of lemon in trout and maybe a handful of herbs from the garden when available - usually thyme or Greek oregano.

My friend melts butter and stirs fresh herbs into it for a stuffing, tis very nice (not a big fan of fish so don't often cook it myself!)

horseradish goes very well.

actually probably only if smoked !

I make slits down one side, about 2cm apart sprinkle rock salt and stuff the slits with Dill. Then cut an orange into slices about 1/2cm thick and lay on top. Wrap the whole thing in foil and put into the oven!!!
