Its a long shot but I'm hoping some one can help me find a recipe of Jamie Olivers.
I have found a site that has the main and the dessert, but it was the starter I wanted.
(the main was the chicken and mushrooms in a bag)
It was the episode when he went back to school, it involved creme fraiche, mozzerella, on ciabatta bread.
I'd be grateful If someone could help me out.
