how does one cook Halibut because I dont have a bleedin clue . LOL

DH says you can steam it, poach it, bake it but whatever you do dont overcook it!

What other ingredients do you have?

celery ,tomatoes . Has to be healthy option as on a diet LOL .

Wrap it in foil with a slosh of olive oil, knob of butter, squeeze of lemon plus the squeezed out shell, salt and pepper, bake in oven for about 20 minutes. Chuck some capers in too if you like them. Lucky you - is my favourite

Just like you would cook haddoack or cod.

I did it for the kids last week. Just in a dish, covered with foil. They loved it.

Just goes really dry if overcooked.
