no, but can I have chicken and broccoli bake recipe? sounds good.

Use 2 packs croissant dough, arrange the triangles into a ring or rectangle and put the filling inside, folding rest of pastry over. Bake quite hot (follow croissant instructions) till it looks gorgeous.

Or to change your basic white sauce, try adding some of these:
grated carrots and courgettes
bit of garlic butter
Philadelphia
frozen Italian herb cube
Tinned salmon and ketchup/puree to make a pink sauce

Or Shepherd's pie using cooked puy lentils instead of meat.
