What is your child's favourite meal?

Just looking for some inspiration really as we've got into a rut.

DS1 bacon rolls
DS2 nutella on toast
DD noodles

So it's no good looking to the MiniMintons for inspiration

home made

fish pie
lasagne
macaroni cheese
pasta with tomato gunge
Sausage&mash
any soup

they will eat most thigns but above are the favorites.

Sunday Lunch, roast with veg and gravy

macaroni bolognese
baked potatoes
fish fingers
meatballs and spaghetti

dd1: sushi
dd2: sausages and mash
dd3: anything with meat in it

lol FYIAD my dd2 is the same, if she can sit and pick the meat out of it she will

definately her father's daughter

Roast chicken/pork or casseroled beef with roast potatoes, steamed veg and lots of gravy. Everyone eats that happily.

Mine LOVE lentil soup. I made it one week, because I was trying to stretch the food budget. They both cleaned their plates and asked for seconds. I had to pick my jaw up off the floor.

I make it with lots of chicken stock in the slow cooker and serve it with a slug of extra virgin olive oil on top.

Their other favourites include plain pasta or plain rice or toast... so I guess they like stodgy and bland.

My dd (2.11) also loves her meat, but her favourite has to be curry with rice and poppadoms, she loves the little poppadoms. And as she's fussy with veg I do curry with potatoe/carrot etc mashed into the curry sauce.
She also loves heinz big soup (when I'm in a hurry!)

how could I forget the all favourite hurry/budget food

cheesy beans on toast, dd1 would have it every night if she could

cant beleive all these kids eat so many veg..................why not my kids?

dd2 most of what i eat
ds3 lots of chicken pies

Meatballs veg sauce and spghetti

Ds1 will only eat spahetti bolognaise.
Ds2 will eat anything, but adores chilli con carne.

fish and chips

DS1 loves all fruit and veg, but his favourite foods are baked beans with scrambled eggs, or pasta with cheese.

Ham sandwiches
Tinned spaghetti on toast
PIzza

spag bol with cheddar cheese on top

anything with sausages

anything with cheddar grated on top really!

DD-curries,chilli con carne,

DS -roast dinner,cottage pie,pesto and pasta and pancetta

DS1...asparagus risotto, lasagne, shepherds pie, HM pizza

DS2 would have egg and beans and toast every day if he could! He ate risotto too last night so I cant complain!
