Have just had veg delievery andd in this weeks box there is a Kohl Rabi,

What is this and what do i do with it? havae never heard of this and your help would be appreciated.

grate it raw with carrot for a salad, boil/steam it with carrots, potatoes and peas and add a mayonnaise dressing.
