Can any one recommend a good cookery course?

Nothing fancy. Just every day cooking for family. It's my 40 th later this year and I told DH I fancy doing a cookery course.

I love cooking and can cook quite well butI'd like some inspiration and to learn something new.

I live down south but a residential one would be ok.

Oh like the look of Leiths. Will peruse later. DS4 now covered in spag bol - bath time!

(Beans on toast and spag bol DB - by the way DG ds4 finally had his op last Tues - recovering well but a bit sore still.)

Oh yes, thank God it is over. The worst time for me (with both boys) was the removal of the catheter and the subsequent weeing. It was agony for ds1 (he had to be kept in hospital as he would not go!) and for ds3, although the pain wasn't so bad, it continued for about 2 weeks which was a shock. Sounds like you have escaped the worst of that. I really hope the bruising improves for him. Poor little mite.

Mmm Divertimenti looks good too (I'm sure they used to have a shop in the Northcote Rd when I lived up that way) but I fancy something residential in the countryside.
