I thought i had a big bag of strong white bread flour but i've just looked and i blatantly don't!!

I have got some plain white flour though - would my pizza base come out manky if i made it with plain flour??

Do you have any baking powder?

It will still be OK, just will not rise as much nor be quite the same or as 'good' as with bread flour, but perfectly edible. Still worth a go.

I normally make it with regular plain flour !

should i put baking powder in with it? i have self-raising flour - would that be any good?

It should rise a bit with some baking powder, about a teaspoon. Or you can use plain flour, this will be ok aswell.
