Has anyone got a tried and tested recipe for mutton curry?

or another recipes for mutton I need to do something with the mutton I have tonight- Butcher gave DP mutton instead of lamb.

well if it's mutton I would imagine you need to cook it slowly for along time. You probably haven't got time for it now

just found this where you probably have most of the ingredients - for sourdough just use normal bread?

Irish stew? but again takes ages to cook properly... can you freeze it for another day? what were you going to do with the lamb?

I will put it in fridge and cook tomorrow.
