I am not particularly adventurous in the kitchen and would love a few ideas of healthy and cheap meals for under a fiver!

8oz plain flour
1.5 tsp yeast
4 fl oz (125ml) Warm water
1 tbsp Olive Oil (optional)

knead about 5-10 mins until smooth and elastic, leave it to 'rise' in a well oiled bowl for anything up to 45 mins.

You've got a pizza dough, top with whatever you want!! (I personally use all the bits that are starting to look abot dodgy! [grin)

You can also freeze it!! Bargain

Tuna rice

Cook all the veg you have, courgette, pepper, onion or whatever, put in a bit of chilli, tin of tomatoes and tin of tuna and some rice. Mix it together. Is great with lots of coriander and lime stirred in but lemon and pepper is fine if thats all you have.
