I have just bought a couple of oil bottles complete with drizzly-nozzle bit to make garlic-infused oil and suchlike... However they are not made of glass but acrylic (looked like glass in the box!)
I'm sure I've heard something about olive oil having to be stored in glass or it doesn't keep... has anyone else heard this?
