Artichoke cream - anyone had this?

M&S foodie gift included artichoke cream. Would like to use it for canapes at an upcoming dinner party. But not sure if a) it's something to spread b) more like a dip c) something to mix with something else d) something to chuck out. Anyone had it?

God sorry I'm not helping. It sounds v yummy though. Maybe just eat it straight from the jar with a spoon.

well, would open it and try it, except am having people over next weekend and not sure if it would last. If no one answers, will just open it later in the week and chuck into a pasta sauce if I can't use it for the dinner. Thanks for responding TsarChasm, and just LOVE your name!
