Refreezing something after it's been cooked, remind me

I deforsted some mince earlier and made burgers. However, I now can't use them for dinner as my asda shop has been delayed.
If I cooke them though then i can refreeze them can't I ? and just heat through under grill when I use them ?

yes absolutely you can freeze them now meat has been cooked. I always do.

I am alwasy doing this: defrost meat, cook with it, freeze leftovers. Never does us any harm.
