Really nice mates coming round, their dd is v good mates with ours. We have been out with them a couple of times but this is first time for dinner

if you having spag bol (which to me is a retro main) then go the whole hog and have a retro starter like prawn cocktail and a pud like brandy snaps or even better peach melba

One of my stanadard pudding recipes for friends is Nigellas white tiramisu servesd with raspberries. I can't seem to do a link but just put 'white tiramisu nigella' into google and recipe comes up.

it's very easy,you can make it the day before everyone seems to like it.
