Vegan Birthday Cake

For a child. What can I use for icing? It is made with cocoa and apples? I thought G&B's chocolate but then I thought it would probably be too rich.

This is a nice fudge topping and filling for chocolate cakes

2oz vegan marg
3 tbsp water
7 oz icing sugar
2 oz cocoa
1 tsp vanilla essence

Melt marg over a very gentle heat, add other ingredients and mix thoroughly, Leave to cool. Beat until stiff with an electric mixer or a whisk.

Thanks for you help guys. I just put butter icing on (using soya marg). The cake was lovely! Made with apples and G&B hot chocolate
