I've got a machine for rolling it out but when I made the dough it was a horrid job and took a long time, can I use a whizzer of some sort?

Yes absolutely, food processor will be fine.
You can also knead it by putting it through the pasta machine repeatedly, turning it round through 90 degrees between turns.

Should I use the choppy blade?

Yes, the normal (choppy) blade is fine.

Jamie Oliver did it all (incl rolling out) in under 5 mins on Jamie At Home using a food processor and pasta machine - was very impressed

Hoorah, a big messy job has been compressed into a small easy job

Now, is there a machine for changing nappies?
