How can i introduce lumpos in my one year old's food. Should i make his normal pureed casseroles and then add bits of pasta or veg which aren't pureed? Or, should i feed him normal puree (which he loves still!) and then at the same time have bits of food on the table for him to pick up and eat?

Just gradually leave tiny bits un-pureed. Good luck, hope you have better luck than I did with number 3 child!

Hi

I stopped pureeying at around 10 months aswell instead I just chop everything up really small, but I still add a little baby milk so it's not so dry. The weird thing is that he's fine with my food, but wont eat the 7 month jars!!!!
