Freezing Veggies

Hi

I've got sweet potato and parsnip that's about to go west if I don't get it in the freezer.

Normally I peel and chop into generous chunks with carrots and potatoes dust with paprika, toss in oil and roast.

Can I freeze this raw? If so with or without the oil/paprika?

Don't think it will freeze well after cooking as it tends to go a bit soggy.

TIA

I would par-boil them first, then dust with the paprika and oil and freeze in zip-lock bags, then bung them on a tray and roast from frozen when you are ready to use them.

You can freeze them raw as well, with or without the oil and paprika, but again I would cook them up from frozen.
