make sure there's plenty of sauce and freeze away! (How would I cope without frozen macaroni cheese?) Though I suppose carbonara sauce might go a bit curdled/unappealing looking once you've thawed it and heated it through?

the sauce might go a bit lumpy - i always freeze pasta bakes though never a problem.
