Passover starts next Sunday so I thought we could have a Jewish recipe as recipe of the week. I know little on the subject being an Irish lapsed Catholic so I thought I would ask here for ideas.
So if you have a fab gefilte fish recipe or matzo balls or just a great chicken soup recipe please post it here

thanks v much

Sorry, I think you just mix everything until smooth then bake on 180 for about 50-60 minutes.

SM - KUGEL! I love it ... will be making it for sure

will have to check whether Matzo meal is gluten free ...

Enjoy RubySlippers - will be making he lamb stew and kugel today for tomorrow's seder!

I don't really care weather matzoh meal is gluten free TBH it was just to tick those little boxes on the recipe page.

Carmenere - so do I gather you have the power to fix the recipes if I've buggered one up?

The problem is I never actually cook from my own recipes I just use them to get the general idea. Anyway, I've just been making my potato kugel and 2.5 kg of potatoes is just way too much. I think I only used 2kg and still ended up with enough for about 20 people! Can you change it to 1.5 kg but leave the rest the same? (you need a lot of onion as it's the only thing that really gives it any flavour)

Thanks!!!!!!
