recipe for cake/and or fairy cakes without egg

Is is possible to make an egg-free cake? A friend of dds is coming to tea and has an egg allergy. Thanks

it definitely is grommit as my ex dh doesn't eat eggs and his aunt makes lovely egg less ones. Will see if I can find a recipe.

Find a vegan cookbook. I got a copy of 'The Cake Scoffer' by Ronnie from www.viva.org.uk it only cost £1 and has some excellent recipes in.

I have a great choc fudge egg-free cake...tends to be a bit flatter than your average cake, but still yummy. No time to copy it out sorry, bt will be back tomorrow when have more time! When is your friend coming???
