I am planning on making a cake in a shaped aluminium tin. Whats the best way of making sure it doesn't stick?
oil?
butter?
butter and flour?

Also, whats a good chocolate topping that kids will like?
Last time, I just melted a huge dairy milk and covered the cake with that. That went down well.
Would a green and blacks mixed with cream harden? Any other ideas?

I just rub butter around tin.

For chocolate glaze I use 100g Dk choc, melted and add 3 tbsp golden syrup.

Good Luck
