Have got 3 egg whites left over after making custard. Any ideas for using them up, apart from meringue?

Souffle?

OverMyDeadBody · 08/04/2008 11:26

a nice fatless spongecake unsing the egg whites, or a swiss roll.

Whipp them up, mix in melted chocolate and you've got some yummy mousse!

Fatless omlette?

MrsBadger · 08/04/2008 11:28

macaroons?
or freeze them till you do want to make meringue

(raw egg mousse no good for kids)
