help-just started weaning what happens if miss a feed?

hi there
just started weaning my 5m th old this week and he has slept thru when i would usually feed him. what happens if i miss a feed of a day? also can i change the time when i feed him? have been feeding him early evening and now may change it to the morning is this ok? many thanks

don't worry about it

at this stage they still get the majority of their nutrients through milk (breast or formula)

you can feed him whenever you want .. at whatever times you want ... it won't matter if you miss feeds or days .. TBH you're just getting him used to taking food off a spoon and swallowing thicker than milk

Also as you're a month early (WHO recommendation is 6 months) then it won't matter at all
