Probably a stupid question but i want to make these recipes from the Karmel cookbook for my 1 year old DS and freeze them for during the next couple of weeks- but do i freeze them before or after i cook them?

I always freeze after cooking.

Agree with llareggub (good name btw).
My freezer is aways full of toddler sized portions stored in the avent pots. Although I'm too lazy to make special meals so my boys only get leftovers from our meals.
