i made a FAB pavlova last night but now have loads of left over egg yolks

inspire me with a yolky recipe please

you can use them to bind hamburgers, meatballs ets... bit of cheese, oregano, S&p lovely.

otherwise I have no idea... good luck

ok this is sad but just looked it up to see aht you can make and you can make

egg custards

creme bruelee

chocolate mousse

garlic aioli sauce

hollendaise sauce

zabaglione

You could make an old fashioned bread and butter pudding and use the egg yolks and milk to make the egg custard. I make one with a fruit loaf sliced and buttered, a slug of brandy in the custard plus just enough sugar to taste, and serve it with ice cream.
