Gluten free bread in a breadmaker ?

I want to try some gluten free bread in my Panasonic. Have bought Doves Farm gluten free flour but the recipe on the side of the pack is completely different to the one in the Panasonic booklet. Has anyone made this bread and how did you do it ? And more importantly was it any good ?

Thanks

I use the Doves Farm recipe, though I've got a diff b-maker. It's much better than shop g-f bread, but it's best on the first day, stictly toast after that.

We're dairy free too, and rice milk, which is sweet and watery, works way better than soya; not sure how that would relate to cow's milk..

Beat the eggs; the loaf rises far better

Don't use the delayed start programme

Don't cut it till it's pretty much cold; it falls to pieces

Good luck

the Panasonic says use the quick loaf program only - do you use that on yours or just the regular white loaf program ?
