tuna steaks, spinach, some other stuff... what shall i make?

i am eating the contents of the freezer and not shopping til it's desperate. Got tuna steaks out and there's not much in the house...
frozen green beans, spuds, onions, storecupboard stuff

any ideas?

make a salad with tuna, cheese, sweetcorn, tomatoes and spinach. drizzle with vinegar, olive oil and season with pepper. serve with jacket potatoes.

oh just saw you have onions and green beans. you can bung them in the salad too. if you've got any lettuce put that in too. if you prefer you can boil potatoes and put them in the salad rather than having jacket potato.

that sounds lovely, nappyaddict, Thanks. I didn't see it til i'd cobbled something together which was quite yummy and completely different to your suggestion, funny how that can happen!

mashed spuds with a quarter of a swede. Wilted some spinach from the garden with a bit of savoy cabbage & garlic and the remaining juice from tinned toms that dd's had for tea. Stirred this in with the mash. Grilled tuna with squeezed lemon on top and put it on top of the pile of mash - it was a cold day and we needed warming, this did the trick
